TheBareStay is a crowdsourced platform that collects and displays information about toiletries and beauty products provided by hotels worldwide. The Service is operated by Lola Arrou-Vignod, based in Toulon, France.
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. By creating an account or contributing content, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Browsing the Service is free and does not require an account. Contributing data, photos, or ratings requires creating a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (reports, ratings, photos, comments). By submitting content, you grant TheBareStay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

We may review, hide, or delete any contribution that violates these Terms, that is flagged by the community, or that we otherwise judge inappropriate. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms, without prior notice.
The Service uses the Google Places API to identify hotels and display location data and photos. Hotel names, addresses, and photos may be sourced from Google. TheBareStay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any hotel or by Google.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Crowdsourced data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TheBareStay and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed fifty euros (€50).
The Service, including its branding, design, source code, and aggregated database, is the intellectual property of its operator and is protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the TheBareStay name or branding.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions in your country of residence.
